Landing The Plane

January 19, 2009 on 6:44 pm | In Baby Boomers | No Comments

This morning, bright and early, amid the better than postcard-like brilliance of fresh snow glistening like a frosting on the trees of Connecticut, on this Martin Luther King Monday, I did a live radio interview on WEKZ in Monroe, Wisconsin to answer the question “Should Baby Boomers Be Investing in the Stock Market Right Now?”. The Death of Trust

January 9, 2009 on 12:54 pm | In Baby Boomers, economic meltdown, Warren Buffett | No Comments

Like you, I’ve been watching (and heavily reading) all the news of the U.S. economic meltdown during the last few weeks, almost breathlessly, the different stories and different fragments of the economy swirling around me like parts of homes in a tornado. As you may remember I predicted all of this more than 18 months ago and published it in the beginning of 2008 in my Special Report, The Baby Boomers Hidden Secret Formula Exposed. So I’ve been waiting for something new to say here at the beginning of 2009, something to tell you beside the obvious. Continue reading The Death of Trust…

Radio is Great!

July 25, 2008 on 6:56 pm | In Baby Boomers, Radio | No Comments

I’ve enjoyed two very different radio interview experiences recently, with a lot more to come. First, I did the Bonnie! Show at 6:30 PM one Friday evening, a one-half hour interview with Ms. Bonnie Graham. Bonnie is a very charming and sympatico Baby Boomer, with a great deal of interest in the topic of how Baby Boomers can save enough to last for the rest of their lives. What A Busy Month

June 17, 2008 on 10:54 pm | In Baby Boomers | No Comments

It’s been a wild ride since my last post because the release of the Baby Boomers’ Hidden Secret Formula Exposed and our special one day launch offer of the BBRC Platinum Membership on May 15 has really kept us hopping (my bad–and I hate that expression, but sometimes it’s just the truth). The Baby Boomers Are In Trouble: And Why You Should Be Worried About It – (Part 2)

April 28, 2008 on 1:56 pm | In Baby Boomers | 2 Comments

Baby Boomers are right now facing a world that’s unlike anything we’ve ever conceived of. It’s a world profoundly different than it was even six months ago. We are right smack in the middle of a perfect storm, the likes of which no generation (and certainly no American generation of almost 80 million people) has ever had to face before. Here’s a taste of what we’re shortly going to be up against (if we’re not there already), and some ideas of what we can do about it. Why the Baby Boomers are in Trouble – (Part 1)

April 14, 2008 on 7:15 pm | In Baby Boomers | No Comments

Lately I’ve found that whenever I’m reading an article talking about people who are in their 50’s, whatever the issue is they’re facing, my very first reaction is something like this: “Oh, that’s not for me, that’s for folks who are older.”

And that’s fairly weird– ‘cause when I finally get my bearings, I remember I’m just a month away from turning 56! (What??!!)

Sure, I still feel and think very much like a much younger person. When I was in my 20’s, I used to refer to myself as “the Kid,” Continue reading Why the Baby Boomers are in Trouble – (Part 1)…

Answering a New Call

March 25, 2008 on 7:39 pm | In Baby Boomers | No Comments

When I started the American Homeowners Association (AHA) in 1994, my mission was to help typical, middle class Americans to have access to a better quality of life through special savings and good advice not easily available to most people. I knew that most homeowners find themselves squeezed for time and money. I had at an earlier time been involved as an author and magazine publisher in the field of planning for retirement Continue reading Answering a New Call…
